How "Business Transformation" programs look like?
During the program, RPCG Consultants and Implementation Leaders work at the Client’s headquarters, forming a unified team with the Client’s employees.
STAGE 1 - Operational Audit
It last few weeks and results in identified potential for improvements which organization can generate and positively impact additional profit.
STAGE 2 - Solution Design
It takes approximately 3-4 months and results in designing solutions and tools in collaboration with the Client's team to improve the company's operations.
STAGE 3 - Solution Implementation
It takes 4-6 months and results in implemented changes within Client's organization, management behaviours and financial benefits.*

We implement ESG and ESRS Reporting
We understand the Client’s business nature and legal ESG requirements. We can combine them efficiently.
The aim of the several-month-long project is to implement ESG in the organization, which is more than just ESRS reporting.
Project Results
A good ESG implementation in the organization allows the company to participate in the supply chain of large clients, increase sales margins, optimize production costs, and obtain more favorable financing conditions.
The project concludes with the preparation of a standardized ESRS report, published in the European Single Access Point.
